Our blog was founded by a German-Thai exchange group, the Freihof Gymnasium Göppingen and the Princess Chulabhorn College in Phitsanulok. We started our project when the German students visited the Thai students in Thailand in 2013. While their stay in Thailand, the German group wrote a blog about their experiences, go and check it out: http://ensa-german-thai.blogspot.de/ . One year later the Thai students had the opportunity to visit Germany and the Freihof Gymnasium. That was the time we founded this blog, to share our experiences and projects about German and Thai food. The whole project was supported by ENSA (more information about ENSA: http://ensa-programm.com/). Without their support, we wouldn´t have had the chance to realize our ideas.
